Louisiane Pilsener is reminiscent of the classic Czech style where beer was fermented in long underground ice caves. This lower than normal temperature and extended maturation, present a crisp refreshing lager, with balanced Saaz hop bitterness. This beer complements especially hot and spicy seafood, where the malt sweetness and hop bitterness balance chili and spice flavors.

Louisiane Dark Lager is a complex black beer with earthy roasted and chocolate notes. The depth of flavour is balanced by New Zealand Willamette hops to create a beer that goes well with dark meat dishes and stews. A dry light finish matches this beer equally well with a chocolate dessert.

Louisiane Red Ale is a robust and fruity beer that brings together four types of malted barley with three types of hops to produce a warming ale that has a floral finish. Extra Cascade hops are added at the end of the brewing process to give it this unique aroma, and a slightly higher alcohol after fermentation make this a perfect accompaniment to sausages, pork and other red meats.

Louisiane Witbier is brewed in the classic Belgian style. Coriander, orange, and a special yeast culture are used to complete a complex yet light beer. Local and imported wheat grains are blended with a special light coloured pale malt to give this refreshing finish. This slightly cloudy beer is delicious with delicate seafood like oysters or crustaceans, while its lower alcohol content makes it perfect for drinking in the hot weather.

Louisiane Ginger Ale – Lightly bittered and generously spiced with fresh ginger and lemongrass. Refreshingly simple, this beer captures the essence of Viet Nam in a glass.
