Louisiane Witbier is brewed in the classic Belgian style. Coriander, orange, and a special yeast culture are used to complete a complex yet light beer. Local and imported wheat grains are blended with a special light coloured pale malt to give this refreshing finish. This slightly cloudy beer is delicious with delicate seafood like oysters or crustaceans, while its lower alcohol content makes it perfect for drinking in the hot weather.
