Louisiane Red Ale is a robust and fruity beer that brings together four types of malted barley with three types of hops to produce a warming ale that has a floral finish. Extra Cascade hops are added at the end of the brewing process to give it this unique aroma, and a slightly higher alcohol after fermentation make this a perfect accompaniment to sausages, pork and other red meats.
