Louisiane Pilsener is reminiscent of the classic Czech style where beer was fermented in long underground ice caves. This lower than normal temperature and extended maturation, present a crisp refreshing lager, with balanced Saaz hop bitterness. This beer complements especially hot and spicy seafood, where the malt sweetness and hop bitterness balance chili and spice flavors.
